Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to us.

Items from our 'Personalized Jewelry' collection are not eligible for return due to their unique nature.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Order Changes/Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, quantity, or product variants. We process orders quickly, so if you are unable to contact us within 12 hours, you will need to wait until your order is delivered to initiate a return. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and do not contact us within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to the correct address.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@misakicon.com

Shipping
