Returns

Items from our 'Personalized Jewelry' collection are not eligible for return due to their unique nature.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, quantity, or product variants. We process orders quickly, so if you are unable to contact us within 12 hours, you will need to wait until your order is delivered to initiate a return. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and do not contact us within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to the correct address.
