Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to us.

Items from our 'Personalized Jewelry' collection are not eligible for return due to their unique nature.

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and do not contact us within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to the correct address.
